English language learning is essential for navigating systems and services in the United States. We aim to connect our newest neighbors with reliable, high-quality opportunities to improve their English proficiency, providing them with skills to continue learning independently after the class ends.
Our English classes are:
Designed for Beginners: Tailored for those who experience barriers to accessing other community English classes.
Conversational and Practical: Focused on conversational English and basic literacy skills.
Real-life Applications: Offer opportunities to practice skills in real-life situations, like filling out applications or getting a library card.
Community Supported: Backed by our dedicated volunteers and community partners.

120 hours of instruction by certified instructors
80% of students in our fall English class increased one or more levels at post-testing
525 individual rides provided to clients who could not otherwise attend classes
