Due to our current capacity, ReEstablish Richmond can only accommodate interns who are completing a minimum of 150 hours as part of an academic program.

*Please note: All internships are unpaid.

Interns can contribute in two ways – working directly with clients and client-centered programming or providing indirect service to clients by supporting the organization through administrative and operational work

To be considered for an internship, you must submit all three of the following items before the deadlines below.

  1. Complete the internship application.

  2. Send your resume and a writing sample to laura@reestablishrichmond.org

Once we receive your materials, we’ll send a confirmation and follow up with next steps, which may include an interview.

Internship applications will be processed according to the following deadlines:

  • Summer start date — Due March 1st

  • Fall start date — Due June 1st

  • Winter start date — Due October 1st

Internship decisions will be made one month after the deadlines above. We will communicate with all applicants at that time.
