In celebration of Immigrant Heritage Month and World Refugee Day, Richmond's Office of Immigrant and Refugee Engagement and ReEstablish Richmond are partnering to host this year's Multicultural Festival: Imagine 2025.

We invite you to join us for Richmond's largest festival that highlights cultures from around the world!



Do you want to be a part of this year’s event? Complete the interest form to participate in one of these ways:

  • SPONSOR: Complete this registration if you wish to donate to the festival. Visit here to learn about sponsorship levels.

  • COMMUNITY RESOURCES FAIR: Complete this if you are a community organization looking to share resources with immigrant and refugee communities. The table fee is $50 for nonprofits and $100 for businesses.

  • CHILDREN'S AREA: Complete this if you are an organization that has activities that would be appropriate for the children's area of the festival. The table fee is $50 for nonprofits and $100 for businesses. 

  • CULTURAL DISPLAY: Complete this if you want to set up a cultural display. Funding may be available to help cover the costs of building a display to represent your culture.

  • ARTISAN VENDOR: Complete this if you have a business license and sell handmade items or items from the culture you represent. The vendor fee is $125, and you are responsible for your own taxes.

  • FOOD VENDOR: Complete this if you have a business license to sell food in Richmond and have completed the health department food safety registration. The food vendor fee is $125.

  • PERFORMER: Complete this if you'd like to perform on the Dogwood Dell Stage and represent your culture. Performers will receive an honorarium.
