• 12-week jobs training program, meets on Mondays 6-8:30pm. Each student is teamed with a Champion who will walk through the class and the months following as they journey from unemployment to employment, or from underemployment to better employment. Teachers are business leaders who will interact closely with each student, providing practical job preparation training focused on character development, good work behavior, communication, and interview skills.

• Networking group meets every Wednesday at 12pm. Provides training, coaching, and mentoring to job seekers. While it is sponsored by the church, it is non-denominational, and everyone in search of a job is welcome.

• Work-ready, career-focused training that includes self-management and communication skills, goal setting, occupational research, resume writing, interview skills, portfolio development, professionalism, problem-solving, stress management, etc. Teaches participants how to maintain positive relationships with responsible adults and peers, explore opportunities for community service, and develop leadership skills.
